The National Restaurant Association Show’s International Delegation Program helps attendees traveling to the U.S. get the most out of their experience. If your country doesn't have a delegation set up currently, it’s easy to create your own!
Qualified delegation organizers and attendees are eligible for the following benefits:

Delegation Requirements
- Delegation organizers must be currently working within the foodservice industry – view the accepted industry categories here.
- Delegation groups must have a minimum of 15 registrants based outside of the United States.
- Delegation groups must have one appointed contact person.
- Each participant must register using the group’s designated registration code.
- Delegation groups must have a minimum of 30 delegates registered by March 28, 2025 to receive one complimentary hotel accommodation for the delegation organizer.
