Exhibitor Warnings
Exhibitors should always be on guard against attempts by individuals to lure them into undesirable agreements, to sell services that are not wanted or needed, or to fraudulently redirect funds from the intended recipient. Below are alerts that the National Restaurant Association Show has put together to help exhibitors avoid situations which can cause financial harm or loss of time and resources in fighting unlawful situations. All communications from Restaurant Show service providers will include the blue Official Service Provider seal pictured below.
*Beware of communications from fraudulent vendors who do NOT have a 2025 Official Service Provider Seal in any communications you receive. We do not sell our database information; any company not listed here should be considered as possibly fraudulent.
Should you choose to engage in a business relationship with a company that is NOT an Official National Restaurant Service Provider, the National Restaurant Association Show and Informa cannot vouch for their legitimacy, nor endorse their services.

Attendee Marketing Email Alert
The National Restaurant Association Show is partnered with Maritz, the sole distributor of the attendee marketing email list. Please know that only Maritz is authorized to sell our attendee marketing emails. If in doubt, always look for the Official Service Provider seal in any communication where you may purchase services.
The National Restaurant Association Show, like many other tradeshows, is increasingly battling fraudulent companies attempting to prey on exhibitors by “selling” exhibitor contact information and/or attendee lists. Please be extremely cautious of any email claiming to sell exhibitors services regarding attendee communication, exhibitor contact information, and hotel rates. We are actively working to have these companies cease and desist their practices.
Housing Company Alert

Official Contractor Alert
Freeman is the official contractor for the National Restaurant Association Show. Exhibitors can find a list of other recommended Show service providers in the Service Kit.
Exercise caution when dealing with or responding to solicitations from unofficial contractors offering services for the Show. Unofficial contractors may attempt to solicit orders for services (i.e., carpet, advertising, shipping, etc.). Some of these solicitations may list the Show name and logo with the intent of confusing or misleading exhibitors into thinking that the contractors sending them are associated with the Restaurant Show.
Exhibitors are not required to use Official Service Providers, but please be aware that outside contractors must be approved by the Show and may require exhibitors to pay additional costs. Exhibitors may also incur other financial obligations in the event their designated contractors fail to perform. Exhibitors can nominate their Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) in the service kit.
Show Daily
The Show Daily is the only official National Restaurant Association Show publication during Show days. It showcases exhibitor brands in the eNewsletter deployed each morning of the Show, starting the Friday before and going until the Show closes Tuesday.

Please note: Restaurant Daily News, an Oser Communications product, has no association with the National Restaurant Association Show. Our only Show Daily is digital only and it is managed by Nation’s Restaurant News.
Wire Transfer Alert
Please pay special attention to any email message instructing exhibitors to alter the wire-transfer information provided by our Exhibitor Services team. The bank account information exhibitors receive from their sales representative or Exhibitor Services ([email protected]) is the ONLY account to which exhibitors should send electronic funds.
