Review the Show service kit to build your exhibit, prepare your team for move-in, Show days, and move-out, complete the required exhibitor forms, and find official service providers.

Freeman is the general services contractor for the 2025 Show. Exhibitors will work with Freeman for the following services: booth furnishings, display labor, electrical, plumbing, furnishings & carpet, material handling, shipping, rental exhibits, & refrigerated/freezer storage.

Freeman’s discount deadline is April 15, 2025.
