Who attends the Show?
With representation from all 50 states and 110 countries, there’s no other place to reach the entire foodservice industry ecosystem. Attendees from every aspect of the foodservice industry will join us at the Show, so there is no better place for you to connect with top buyers, influencers, and operators.
What is the booth pricing schedule?
A 50% deposit is required to hold your exhibit space. This payment is due within 48 hours of booking and the final remaining fee is due by February 3, 2025. Cost per corner is $325.
What is included in a booth?
- 8' back draping plus two 33” high draped side rails (except islands & peninsulas)
- Peninsulas set with 5’ of 33” drape, 10’ of 8’ drape and 5’ of 33” drape
- Sign with company name and booth number for 100 sq ft exhibitors.
- Larger booths must submit request through Freeman Service Kit.
- General overhead lighting
- Sanitary dishwashing facilities
- Badges: Each exhibitor receives five complimentary badges for the first 100 square feet of space purchased, and three badges for each additional 100 square feet of space
- Customer Invites: Allotment based on total square feet.

What are the requirements to exhibit in a specific Pavilion?
The Beverage Room
The bar scene is ever-changing. The Beverage Room showcases the top mixologists, suppliers, ingredients, and products to keep your beverage program on the cutting edge.
- Ideal for ingredients, goods and services appealing to bar program buyers (beer, wine, spirits, bar specialty equipment, cocktail ingredients, mixers, garnishes, drinkware, bar technology, etc.).
- A minimum of 50% of products showcased must meet pavilion qualifications.
- Location: Lakeside Center Ballroom
Organic & Natural Pavilion
This pavilion features products and vendors leading the charge in the growing organic and natural food industry.
- Ideal for Food and Beverage producers and manufacturers of organic and/or natural products.
- A minimum of 50% of products showcased must meet pavilion qualifications.
- Location: South Hall
Emerging Brands Pavilion
This new company pavilion gives buyers a sneak peek at new food and beverage items, new equipment and supplies, new technology, and much more!
- Ideal for new companies with new food and beverage items, new equipment and supplies, new technology, etc.
- Must be a first-time exhibitor at the Show
- Company requirements to be in Emerging Brands Pavilion:
- Must be in operation for no more than three (3) years from May 2022.
- Must have at least one paying customer.
- Location: North Hall

The Show To Go is the official online platform and mobile app that houses your company profile and products, the official exhibitor directory, floorplan, education line-up, planner, and more.
Why is The Show To Go important? Operators are able to search products, connect with exhibitors and find the solutions they need all through our 365 digital marketplace. As an exhibitor you’ll gain exposure to thousands of foodservice industry professionals year-round. Access to the platform is free for operators, even those who are unable to attend the Show.
